Since the machine shipping on board:
1. Installation:
As users, you need not worry about this. And all the assembling and installation is finished in our workshop. So you just need to inform us the power standard in your area , and we do some adjustment on transducer.
2. Maintainences(Circumstance + Clearance+Correct operation)
A. Avoid the heavy current and heavy magnet devices which will influent the CNC signal transport. Such as ELECTRIC WELDING MACHINE and the launching tower.
B. Gurantee the good earth connection , less the disturbance with the signal.
C. The Voltage should be even , avoid the float volatge .
D. Clear the dust on the machine scheduedly , and need to lubricate the transmission parts, such as the rails the roller screw rods togurantee the precision .
E. For the perfect working , Please choose the correct software and bits for different works.
3. Services
a) All the manuals are attached with machine,The users could get the direct learning of the machine on manuals.
b) We supply free train in Fastrack Jinan workshop , Also if the clinets bear the airfare , Room and board costs , our technician can be your place to supply Training will be charged 50USD/Day.
c) Training including the software operation, the controlling system operation.and the simple drawings.
d) 12 months free repair period and the technical support for life. The damaged parts within this period enjoy the free change , the users will afford the post fee.
e) After 12 months free services, changing bad parts will be charged on basis of cost but no profit.
4. Limit terms
We did not suppy free repair and maintenance on problems by the incorrect operation , over-load use. non-normal conditions and Force Majeure during transport and atc.
